1. Where do I create an account or log in?
You may log in by clicking the Log in/Create an account button on the top right side of the B52 website
When you log in, you can check the Remember me box, so that you don’t have to type in your username and password every time you visit. Please avoid ticking this box when using a public computer.
2. How to change my personal information?
Log in to your account, click My profile. Under the profile tab, you will find the option to change your personal details. For any additional changes, please contact [email protected] with details of the requested change.
3. How do I change my password?
Log in to your account, click My profile. You will find an option to change your password there.
4. I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Click Login/Create an account, then click Can’t access your account? at the top right corner. Enter your username and CAPTCHA code, then click Recover.
5. Why do I get logged out after some time?
For security reasons, you will be logged out if inactive for several minutes.
6. How do I restrict certain games?
Log in to your account, click My profile, then the Restrictions tab. Note that reactivating a disabled game group may take up to 7 days.
7. Where can I read Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions?
You will find these documents at the bottom of the B52 website.
8. I think I play too much, what can I do?
You can set personal limits. Log in, click My profile, then Restrictions, where you can set deposit limits and game restrictions. You can also set time alerts.

Yes. Open any game and click Play for fun. No registration or login is needed.
2. Where do I find game rules?
Click the icon of the game, then click Game rules on the preview screen.
If you’re already playing, click the Game rules button above the play screen.
3. My bet on live roulette was not accepted, what can I do?
Ensure your bet meets the minimum bet requirement and that you’re placing bets within the allowed time (watch the table limits and timer).
4. Where can I see game history?
Log in, click My profile, then Game history.
5. I think the game result was wrong, how do I make a complaint?
Log in, go to My profile > Game history. Find the specific game, or email details to [email protected] >.
6. I think I was being cheated on poker, what can I do?
Please contact [email protected] with as many details as possible (table name, time, hand number, player nicknames, etc.).
7. Is your Random Number Generator fair?
Yes. Our RNG is based on server’s environmental noise/approved algorithms to ensure fairness.
