KYC Policy
KYC Documentation
Online Gaming license does not specify an exact process for account verification, leaving it to the operators to design one that ensures player identity verification.
At B52 , our verification process involves three main steps: ID verification, proof of address, and proof of payment.
Players are required to provide documents within 72 hours after requesting a payout, and the merchant will review them within 48 hours.
Current requirements are as follows:
ID Verification
- Copy of a valid photo ID such as passport, driver’s license, or government ID card. Both front and back sides must be provided.
- If a photo ID is not available, we can accept a birth certificate, provided all four corners are visible.
- Additionally, we require a photo of the player holding the birth certificate with their face clearly visible.
- We may, at our discretion, request additional identity proofs such as a photo/video selfie holding the ID.
Proof of Address
- Utility bill or bank statement displaying the player's name and residential address, issued within the last 3 months.
Proof of Payment
Verification depends on the deposit method used. Requirements may change periodically based on payment provider updates.
- Card (Generic): Copies of all debit/credit cards used. Must show signature, first six and last four digits. Players should black out the security code and middle digits for safety.
- E-Wallets: Screenshot showing player’s email/account number and personal details.
- Bank Statement: Issued within the last 3 months, showing bank name, account number, IBAN, BIC. All four corners visible. PDF or screenshot of casino deposit also required.
- Pre-Paid Vouchers: No verification required.
How Are Documents Submitted?
- Players can submit verification documents via the designated sub-page on the B52 website.
- As a last resort, via email to [[email protected]]. Email must be sent from the registered email address on the player’s account.
- Live chat submission is allowed only if the player is logged in. Documents submitted while logged out will not be accepted.
