Refund Policy

  • No refunds once the deposit (including any bonus) has been played.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within:
    • 24 hours of the transaction OR
    • 30 days if a player claims unauthorized access to their account (e.g., by a minor or third party).
  • Requests should be sent to support@b52.me.
  • We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we fully verify the identity of the account holder. Players may be asked to provide notarized ID or certified identification.
  • Failure to comply within 7 days will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. This decision is final.
  • Players are expected to play fairly. Usage of unfair methods (computer aids, betting systems, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Refund reviews are handled by B52 and will be resolved within 5 working days upon approval.
