Responsible Gambling Policy

We believe gambling should be fun and entertaining, but it's crucial to recognize when it might start impacting your personal life. If you feel like you're gambling more than you can afford to lose, or if gambling has negatively affected any area of your life, we strongly encourage you to reassess your gambling habits. If you feel you may no longer be in control, we recommend seeking professional help.

B52 promotes responsible gambling and provides tools to help you manage and control your gambling behavior.

Deposit Limits

In your profile under Account Settings, you will find an option to set a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit. Once you set a deposit limit, it cannot be increased or changed for 7 days.

Setting deposit limits can help you manage your spending, particularly if you find it difficult to stop after losses.

Taking a Break

Need to take a short break from gambling? You can temporarily suspend your account by using the Time-Out feature located under Restrictions/Account Settings.

You can choose to freeze your account for:

  • One day
  • Three days
  • One week
  • One month
  • One year

Once the chosen period ends, your account will be automatically reactivated and you will be able to play again on B52.me.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel the need to stop gambling for an extended period or permanently, you can choose to Self-Exclude. This will result in:

  • Full account access being blocked.
  • Removal from marketing communications.

You can initiate self-exclusion by:

  • Using the Self-Exclusion option under Restrictions/Account Settings
  • Contacting our support team at [email protected]

During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or withdraw funds via the platform. However, to request withdrawal of any remaining balance, please contact our support team at [email protected].
